In terms of sifting through all the healthy benefits of these two formidable food ingredients, there is little to distinguish in the quinoa vs rice contest. But like who first finishes their hot dog with relish – figuratively and literally speaking – healthy eating should never be a contest anyhow. And greedily consuming processed hot dogs and other popular junk foods should be avoided like the plague as well. Now, just why would these two superfoods be so formidable.
